Travel Zafu
Travel meditation cushion filled with buckwheat grain. Its rectangular shape offers very stable support to the spine during the sitting position while making it light and comfortable to carry. You can either use the 13 cm height or rotate it and you will have a height of 10 cm if you need it to be lower.

It is ideal for practicing cross-legged postures in meditation and yoga sessions, but also as a support in different postures and as a seat on the floor because it insulates very well from the cold. It adapts to the shape of the body.
It has a handle for transport.
The outer cover can be machine washed in cold or up to 30ºC maximum. Both the outer and inner covers are made of cotton.
It is filled with buckwheat hulls (also called buckwheat) which provides great comfort. The filling goes in an inner cover that will allow you to remove the grain if you feel that there is too much to adjust the cushion to the height you need. If you remove grain, we recommend that you keep it. The cushion may lower due to use and you will need to refill it. The grain is sterilized.
