This document establishes the conditions that govern the use of this website and the purchase of products on it (hereinafter, the “Conditions”). These Conditions could be modified, so we advise you to read them periodically since those in force at the time of your purchase will be applicable to the contract. The contract may be formalized, at your choice, in any of the languages in which the Conditions are available on this website.
1. Our data. 3. Products.
The products offered in the online store, along with their characteristics and prices, will appear on the screen, and will be available for sale while stocks last. Product descriptions are made based on information provided by Yogacoop suppliers. Yogacoop reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (products, prices, promotions and other commercial or service conditions) at any time. If any error of this type occurs, beyond the control of Yogacoop, it will be corrected immediately.
In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of the order due to lack of availability does not give the right to cancel the entire order. If as a result of this cancellation the customer wants to return the delivered product, they must follow the provisions of section 7. Returns.
4. Shopping. Formalization of the order.
To proceed with the purchase, the customer must add the product they want to the “shopping basket”, according to the instructions on the screen. The final decision to purchase the content of the “shopping basket”, with the details that appear on the screen, is made at the moment of clicking the “buy” button, which implies acceptance of the order if all the information is correct. .
The purchase will be deemed to have been made at the Yogacoop address, at Paseo San Juan 121, 08037-Barcelona. If the client needs an invoice, they must request it by providing their tax identification number (NIF, NIE or DNI). The order confirmation that the customer receives in their email is only a proof of purchase without validity as an invoice. The invoice, if requested, will be sent by Yogacoop to the address indicated in the registration form or by email to the email account that the client has indicated, in the shortest possible time and always within 30 days. to purchase.
The cancellation of any order will be accepted as long as it has not yet been shipped. If the shipment has already been made, the customer will have to wait to receive it to proceed with its return, which must then comply with the provisions of section 7. Returns, of these Conditions.
5. Price and Payment. Safety guarantee.
The price of each product will be the one that appears on the website at any time, except for obvious errors. If there is a typographical error in a price and a customer has made a purchase decision based on said error, Yogacoop will inform the customer who will have the right to cancel the purchase without any cost.
If it is not possible to contact the customer, the order will be considered cancelled, and the amounts paid will be returned to the customer.
Prices include VAT as established by current regulations for natural or legal persons residing in Spain. For orders that come from other countries with different tax regimes, it will be necessary to contact Yogacoop in advance. The prices do not include shipping costs, which will appear on the screen before the customer confirms their purchase, and must be accepted by them.
Payment will be made by credit card, following the instructions that appear on the screen. Security guarantee: Yogacoop guarantees security in all purchases made by customers in the online store, as well as in all communications with registered users on the website. All payment operations are carried out through the Redsys® platform that uses a secure server, based on the SSL (Secure Socket Layers) standard, which through an encryption system makes it impossible for users to access the data. third parties.
Redsys® is the e-commerce banking platform. Through Redsys® the client can make payment with their credit card (most of the usual ones are accepted, such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Citicorp). Redsys is responsible for making the payment and transferring it to Yogacoop, so that neither Yogacoop nor any other third party will ever have access to the client's bank details, with the security and confidentiality that this entails.
6. Shipping. Form, deadlines and expenses.
The purchased products will be sent to the delivery address that the customer has indicated in the fields reserved for this purpose. Yogacoop will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the customer in the order form does not correspond to reality or relevant data has been omitted. Shipping is made by courier service with an estimated delivery time of 48-72 working hours for Spanish territory and a maximum of 15 working days for other destinations within the European Community. These deadlines are means, and therefore an estimate. Therefore, it is possible that they vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, Yogacoop will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them.

Before the customer goes on to confirm an order, the screen will inform them of the shipping costs and delivery times that apply to it. However, both data may vary depending on the specific circumstances of the case, especially,

Shipping costs appear on the website at the time of placing the order and are calculated based on the weight of the items to be sent and their destination. 7. Returns.
In accordance with current regulations, the consumer customer may withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from when the delivery is deemed to have been made. To meet this deadline, it is enough for the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent, so that it can be accredited, before it expires.
Once the withdrawal has been communicated, the customer must return the product in the same conditions that they received it, with the original and unused packaging, being responsible for the costs of said return. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond simply opening the package or if it has suffered any damage.
Once it has been verified that the product has arrived in perfect condition, Yogacoop will proceed to refund the price paid for the product (shipping costs will not be refunded, unless it is a return caused by Yogacoop's error), by the same means as the customer used when purchasing.
8. Guarantee of the purchased products.
Yogacoop acts as a distributor of manufacturers who guarantee that the products offered for sale at Yogaia Shop work correctly and do not have defects or hidden defects that could make them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use.
The contractual guarantee offered is the one usually granted by the manufacturer. Once the Customer has received the product, they will have the instructions provided by the manufacturer, sufficient for the correct use of the product and all warranty information. No Client may request a broader guarantee than that indicated there.
The warranty will lose its validity in the event of defects or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, especially electrical accidents, wear, installation and use not in accordance with the Manufacturer's instructions.
Products modified by the Customer or any other person not authorized by the Manufacturer are excluded from the warranty. The guarantee will not apply to apparent defects and conformity defects of the product, for which any claim must be made by the Customer in question within 7 days following delivery of the products. The warranty will not cover products damaged by improper use.
9. Intellectual property.
All content shown on the website and, in particular, designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, brands, industrial drawings or any other signs susceptible to industrial and commercial use are subject to copyright. intellectual and industrial property of Yogacoop or third-party owners who have duly authorized its inclusion on the website.
In no case will it be understood that any license is granted or any waiver, transmission, total or partial transfer of said rights is made, nor is any right conferred, especially, of alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication on said contents without prior express authorization of Yogacoop or the corresponding owners.
8. Legislation and jurisdiction.
These Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain on the matter, which will be applied subsidiarily in everything that has not been provided for in them. To resolve any controversy or conflict arising from these Conditions of Sale, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Barcelona, unless the law imposes another jurisdiction.
