INSTRUCTIONS

1. Apply 3–5 pumps of foam to a soft damp sponge and spread evenly across the mat’s surface.

2. Let sit for 30 seconds, then wipe with a clean damp sponge.

3. Let dry flat away from direct sunlight.

BASIC CLEANING – Recommended every 5–10 practices

• Use 3–5 pumps on a soft damp sponge and clean evenly.

• Leave for 30 seconds, then wipe with a clean damp sponge.

• Let dry completely lying flat. Avoid direct sunlight (the mat is biodegradable and photosensitive).

• Roll with the top (colored) side facing out and store in a cool, dry place.
