The outer cover can be machine washed cold or up to 30ºC maximum. Both the outer and inner cover are cotton. It is filled with buckwheat hull that provides great comfort. The filling goes in an inner cover that will allow you to remove grain if you feel that there is too much to adjust the cushion to the height you need. If you extract grain, we recommend that you save it. The cushion may lose consistency with use and you need to refill it. The grain is sterilized.
