Meditation stool made by hand with pine wood and an extra resistant cotton fabric. The ergonomic base helps us raise the hips and makes it easier for the back to be straighter to meditate in a more comfortable, relaxed and prolonged way. Very indicated by the hero's posture (virasana) in which the yogi kneels on the ground, seated between the heels, separated on both sides of the legs of the stool, and with the trunk and head straight in a vertical position.
